Elim Mining Incorporated is a company of engineers, geologists, and archaeologists. We are passionate about the restoration of this historic site. Our team believes in the creation of a sustainable operation that will leave a legacy of benefits to the community. We believe that by reviving the Casa Grande mining district, we will provide a 360-degree opportunity for the community, its people and the surrounding communities. The Elim opportunity will create high-paying jobs and tax revenue for schools, roads, and the community, all while showcasing leading practices in environmental stewardship.

John Antwi, President, CEO, and Director

John Antwi is a mining executive with over 26 years of experience in Mine Technical and Financial Services with a knack for identifying the potential of geologic assets. He is a value driver with expertise in achieving strategic, operational, and financial goals for junior, mid-tier, and senior mining production companies.

Ian McMullan, Chief Operating Officer

Ian McMullan has over 25 years of mining experience in operational and management roles. Ian’s career has advanced through a variety of progressive responsibility roles while spanning both underground and surface mining applications in the United States and Canada.

Douglas Bowden, Vice President Exploration

Doug has over 40 years’ experience in the minerals exploration industry focused on gold, silver, uranium and base metals throughout North America and parts of Mexico. Doug’s career evolved rapidly from field geologist to a variety of management and executive positions with major and junior mining companies.

Alison Dwoskin, Investor Relations

Ms. Dwoskin has 15 years of experience in investor relations and corporate communications for publicly traded companies. Within the past eight years, she has been focused on the mining and metals sector for North American-based companies.

Anthony Bottrill, Principal Mineral Resource Consultant

Anthony is a Principal Resource Geologist with over 20 years’ experience in the mining industry with expertise across several countries and range of commodities; from low tonnage high grade precious metals deposits to bulk tonnage base metals deposits.

Connie Casalles, Corporate Accountant

Connie Casalles has 27 years of accounting, finance and audit experience, particularly internal audit and SOX compliance in the Americas. Within the last 14 years, she has focused her career in the mining sector.

Carol Flores, Human Resources

Carol Flores has 20 years of Human Resources and Payroll Experience within the mining sector. She is a strong HR, benefits and payroll professional focused within the Americas. Besides HR, Carol has experience with talent management, talent acquisition, and benefit administration. 

Llee Chapman, Chief Financial Officer

Llee Chapman, CFO, is a mining executive with over 30 years of experience in the mining industry. He is a former Regional Vice President, North America for then Newmont Mining Corporation. He was responsible for the development and business planning in the North American Region, including the Capital Effectiveness Program, Accounting, Information Technology and Supply Chain functions.

Travis Snider, VP Sustainability and External Relations

Travis Snider is an Arizona-based mining executive with over 20 years of broad industry experience in exploration, production, permitting, development, and consulting for mining companies. With an engineering background, Mr. Snider specializes in developing new mining ideas and opportunities utilizing innovative approaches, particularly in Arizona.

Paul Andre Huet has over 30 years of career experience in the mining industry. He is well recognized for continually transforming, building value for shareholders, and producing positive cash flow for public and private organizations. Paul is a bilingual C-level executive with demonstrated expertise in launching, revitalizing, and leading multimillion dollar organizations to achieve tremendous growth.

Elaine Ellingham, Director

Ms. Ellingham is a mining executive and professional geologist with over 30 years of experience. Her experience ranges from geology to corporate development to regulatory capacities. Currently, Ms. Ellingham is a Director of Alamos Gold Inc. and Almaden Minerals Ltd. and maintains a local residence in Tucson.

Donald McInnes, Director

Since 1993, Mr. McInnes has been the founder, president and a director of a number of publicly traded mineral exploration companies. Mr. McInnes was a Director of Fronteer Gold (2001 to 2011), founder of Kutcho Copper Corp. (formerly Western Keltic Mines Inc.), co-founder of True Gold Mining and True North Nickel. He was the founder and Vice Chair and CEO of Plutonic Power Corporation, that invested $1 billion in creating BC’s largest independent clean power company.

Bob Cummings, Technical Advisor

Former Chief Geologist for ASARCO at the Sacaton Mine in the 70’s and 80’s.

Robert Cummings is an economic geologist with over 50 years of experience in the mineral industry. Early in his career he worked for Asarco Inc. in the western United States, Mexico, and Canada in base and precious metal exploration. Bob’s porphyry copper geology experience is extensive and includes being the senior geologist at the Sacaton mine from 1972 through 1981.
